The Lovely and "Warm" Art in Copenhagen

The Survival of the Fattest, a sculpture by Danish artist Jens Galschiot, is seen in the harbour of Copenhagen. The sculpture represents an overweight Lady Justice figurine, symbolising the rich industrialised world, sitting on the back of a thin African man. Were you born in the "wrong" country? Feel very, very guilty!

Sculptures are illuminated as they stand in a water feature outside the Bella Centre. What is this supposed to represent? Nothing more is said about the installation.

A sculpture called The messenger is illuminated with red light next to the Bella Centre. The art is part of the project SevenMeters, using red blinking LEDs to symbolise that the world is moving towards a climate catastrophe.
