Protect Net Neutrality

With just a few corporations owning all major media outlets, objective information is impossible. This is the true beauty of the Internet and "the establishment" has been losing control because of this free flow of information. Visit the emerging independent news agencies on the Internet for your information.

Who would you rather see getting the nobel?

I invite you to watch Obama's speech - hold on to your hats ladies.

I don't even know where to start. How about that Obama utters the word "war" no less that 44 times during his (defence of his) acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize.

5 world leaders who got Noble Peace prize viz. Martin Luther King Jr. (USA), Dalai Lama (Tibet), Aung San Suu Kyi (Myanmar), Nelson Mandela (S. Africa) and Adolfo Perez Esquivel (Argentina) have acknowledged the fact that they were influenced by the philosophy of Gandhi. Yet, Mahatma Gandhi; the man who inspired these Nobel Peace Prize winners, never got a Noble Prize! It is a loss for the Noble - the prize; not for Gandhi - the man who is above all prizes. And now with this Obama travesty.

Since he mentions Gandhi we can conclude that he's at least heard of him. He continues to say, that he cannot though "be guided by their [Gandhi and King] examples alone [...] We loose ourselves when we compromise the very ideals we fight to defend."

I think a quote from the man Obama claims to know of will do here:

"What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans, and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism or the holy name of liberty and democracy?" ~ Gandhi

Just war? Please... How stupid do you think we are?

"There is no way to peace. Peace is the way." ~ Gandhi
